Direct Sales

Direct selling includes the development of sales material, a target client database as well as the development of an account stratgey and an account plan. It requires a deep understanding of the character of the sales person, the buyer and the sales process. In consultation with our client we also develop a budget and sales forecast and manage this  on a regular basis. Sales training can be provided and is customised to the product and target market as well as the skills level of the salesforce to be trained.
